Questions
You must be aged 16 or over and live, work or are registered with a GP with a BaNES postcode. To access any course, you need to sign up here.
Anyone who is aged 16 or over.
Yes, you can sign up for more than one course.
Most courses are free, but some courses may charge a fee. Details about the costs are provided in the course details.
Some of the courses are run for several weeks. It is recommended that you try to attend every session for you to get the most out of the course on offer. There is a minimum commitment required, ensure this is discussed with the course tutor before you commit.
Course tutors endeavour to select venues that accommodate all mobility needs. Each course description includes details regarding access arrangements and any specific requirements. Please contact us if you require any further information.
Transport to courses is not provided, however some venues are close to bus routes. If you contact the Community Wellbeing Hub on: 0300 247 0050, they can advise on community transport available in your area.
Yes, you are welcome to attend with a friend or carer. If your friend or carer intends to do the course with you, please advise them to also register a place.
Please contact the course tutor about your needs.
Each course will vary, however there is usually a minimum of 6 people and usually up to a maximum of 12 people.
Yes, if you are a little late please do still join the course.
To book on our system you must provide a BaNES registered postcode. This can be your home address, GP surgery, or place of work within BaNES.
You can simply cancel if you are unable to attend by logging into your account. If you are unable to do so please contact us.
Yes. Please contact the team via the Community Wellbeing Hub on 0300 247 0050, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
To join our mailing list, you will need to sign up to an account. Ensure that you select the mailing list option when you log into your profile. You can opt-out at any time.

If you are interested in joining a course mid-way through you will need to contact us and we will book you onto the course if there is space available.
Users may cancel their booking by emailing wellbeingcourses@3sg.org.uk at least 48 hours before the course starts.
Voucher: Timely cancellations receive a voucher equal to the course fee for future use.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start time are non-refundable.
No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation.
Provider Cancellations: If 3SG or the provider cancels the course, users may choose a full refund or transfer to another course.
External Bookings: Cancellation terms differ for courses booked via third-party websites. Users must refer to the provider’s own policies.
