For the purposes of these terms and where relevant throughout this website, 3SG shall refer to 3SG and/or anyone or a number of the related organisations.

Registration and Account Creation

To book a Wellbeing Course, you must first register and create an account on our website. By registering, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested during registration.
• Keep your account information up to date by logging into your profile and making necessary changes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information or violate these terms.

Booking a Course

Courses can be booked through our website. You must be logged into your account to complete a booking.

• Upon successful submission and approval of your booking, you will receive an email confirmation with course details and an electronic calendar entry.
• Some courses may be managed by third-party providers. In such cases, you will be redirected to their website to complete your booking. Please review their terms and privacy policies separately.
• Booking is subject to availability and may be closed once capacity is reached.

For some courses listed you may be directed to an external website where the provider’s booking terms and conditions apply.

Prices and Payments

Some Wellbeing Courses booked on our website, may carry a fee, which will be clearly displayed on the course booking page.

• All fees are set in consultation with partners of the Community Wellbeing Hub and are considered fair and in line with similar offerings across the area.
• Any surplus income generated will be reinvested into the programme with a priority on supporting carers and reducing health inequalities.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via Stripe’s secure online payment system.
• A small administration fee applies to each booking.
• You will receive a payment receipt via email from Stripe. 

Important payment information:

• Stripe will securely process your payment and is legally bound to protect your data.
• If incorrect payment details are provided or your card is not authorised, your booking will be void.
• 3SG is not liable for any costs or losses resulting from failed or voided transactions.
• We do not accept payment by instalments or alternative payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking:

• You must notify 3SG via email, wellbeingcourses@3sg.org.uk, at least 48 hours before the course start time.
• You will receive a voucher equal to the course fee, which can be used for future bookings on the Wellbeing Courses website.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start time are non-refundable and no voucher will be issued.
• Failure to attend without prior cancellation notice will be treated as a late cancellation.
• In the event of course cancellation by 3SG or the provider, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another course.

This policy is applicable only to courses that are booked and paid for through our website. If your booking was made via an external site, please refer to that provider’s terms and conditions.
